Wilderness Wildlife Week™
WILDERNESS WILDLIFE WEEK™ IS A MAIN EVENT IN PIGEON FORGE
Nature lovers, hikers and outdoors enthusiasts especially like Wilderness Wildlife Week™ in Pigeon Forge. The event is held annually in May.
Educational programs are designed specifically for children and guided hikes into the Great Smoky Mountains are scheduled for the more adventurous. Wilderness Wildlife Week offers a variety of programs for all ages and interests.
This is a free event, and everyone is invited to attend. Seminars and workshops are offered daily at the LeConte Center.
A favorite event is Appalachian Homecoming
featuring storytelling, music, antique tractor show, and hay rides. There are many classes that tell the history of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
