Covered Bridges
COVERED BRIDGES CAN BE FOUND IN
GATLINBURG AND SEVIERVILLE
There are two historic covered bridges in Gatlinburg, TN and Sevierville, TN. Harrisburg Covered Bridge is located off of Old State Highway 35 near U.S. 411 (Newport Highway) in Sevierville. In the picture you will see it is a timber truss bridge. It is 83 feet long and 15 feet wide with an 11-1/2 foot clearance inside. The bridge is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Emerts Cove Bridge is situated just north of Route 321 off Route 416, north of Pittman Center in Gatlinburg. Follow the road across from the Greenbrier entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
